Transport to the centre is available from Otjiwarongo. The service is offered to patients by Okonguarri at no additional charge. Patients making use of the service do so at their own risk. No public transport is available to the centre.
Availability: Mondays only. 14h30 for 15h00. Departure strictly at 15h00.
Any patients missing this departure time will have to arrange for transport to the centre at own expense.
Pickup/Drop-Off Point: 74 Rikumbi Kandanga Street, Otjiwarongo (Memoirs)
Patients making use of personal transport must report to this admissions office at 74 Rikumbi Kandanga Street in Otjiwarongo before commencing travelling to the centre.
Important: Patients driving to Okonguarri with own transport will not have access to their vehicle until the day of discharge.
Arrival time no later than 14h00 on the day of your booking for the purpose of completing pre-admission forms

IMPORTANT
No Electronics (e.g. laptops, tablets, smartphones, mp3 players, speakers, etc.) or associated devices (e.g. chargers, power-banks, etc.) are allowed on the premises. Any electronics brought will be kept in a safe and returned upon discharge.
Alcohol, Drugs and Firearms/Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any drugs or alcohol found will be confiscated and destroyed.
Personal belongings and person will be searched on admission and departure.
The dress code at the centre is casual.
Okonguarri operates a small shop offering a variety of items including sweets, cold drinks and cigarettes.
Note: The shop operates on a Strictly Cash Only basis & there is no swipe facility avilable
Deposits may be made on behalf of patients into the Okonguarri account for use at the tuck shop
Okonguarri offers a range of recreational facilities. For activities that require special equipment (e.g. pool cues, tennis rackets, etc.), it can be obtained from the centre.
Note: A deposit & nominal fee will be charged for usage of the equipment.
